Dante Figueroa can advise you on international investment and commercial arbitrations, as well as domestic arbitrations, as an independent arbitrator; or, exceptionally, as co-counsel or legal expert on civil and corporate law in such cases.

Figueroa is particularly qualified to advise you in the following areas:

Simply by providing you with a copy of the law or regulation you are looking for. We can find the law in any area of interest, whether it be energy law, foreign investment, commercial arbitration, e-commerce, banking law, litigation and judicial matters, environmental law, telecommunications law, family or labor law, or any other legal matter.

We can write a legal research report, allowing you to understand Latin American law through a comparative legal analysis necessary for conducting business in the region or for identifying matters related to the implementation of trade agreements.

We can also advise you on litigation or contract drafting. Whether you're simply trying to “understand” civil law concepts, or want to ensure they're understood at the negotiating table, we'll find the right legal terminology to help you conduct your litigation or negotiation successfully and achieve a positive outcome for your partners or counterparties in Latin America. We translate highly sophisticated legal documents for use in court or for submission to government entities, based on our proven ability to navigate the complexities of Spanish and English language and terminology.
