Dante’s judicial expertise and extraordinary legal acumen surpasses any lawyer I’ve ever worked with.  (And, having worked previously for U.S. Dept. of Justice, U.S. Center for State Courts, and for private law firms, I’ve probably worked with hundreds of attorneys.) My case - a complex personal injury claim - was replete with
challenges, including the fact that my previous lawyer had dropped out weeks before my scheduled court date. Prior to Dante, I paid several lawyers to review the case; they charged me beaucoup just to look at the file, and then only to deem it a steep uphill battle.  All of them refused to take it due to the short timeframe, and the challenges involved in inheriting a poorly-prepared legal case (the fault of the previous attorney) … with 10 days before the court date, I had no counsel and was informed by the court that I not only would likely lose the case, but I also risked being fined by the judge for ‘my’ lack of counsel and lack of preparedness. Dante came to the rescue when it seemed all hope was lost - a week before the court date with still no attorney.  Within one hour of reviewing the 300+ page case file (a review that other attorneys were charging 4 hours to conduct), Dante had ascertained and framed the salient winnable features into a powerful scintillating argument. He presented me with a 20-minute riveting (illustrative) testimony, addressing the (mock) jury and judge, and punching the key points home, as if he had prepared for months. He worked long evening and weekend hours to help me thoroughly prepare for this 11th hour case. Due to his incredible legal expertise and his virtuosity as a negotiator, we won an award which, although modest, was 3X the amount the other three (top-notch) attorneys I consulted with estimated I would win.  As I mentioned, not only was the case deemed ‘unwinnable,’ there was the distinct possibility that I could go into further debt, due to the court fines.
